This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the Randonneuring.org
website This privacy notice applies solely to information collected 
by this website. It will notify you of the following:

    What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the app.
    How that information is used and with whom it may be shared.
    What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
    The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
    How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

If you use the randonneuring.org website for event management, the site 
will require that you enter your name and email address.  This will
be stored in the site database. 

Your name will be published as the manager of your region's events. Your
email address will NOT be published. A contact form will be provided 
that will allow participants in your events to contact you through
that email address without revealing it to them or anyone else.

Randonneuring.org administrators will have access to your email address
and may use it to contact you about your interactions with the site. 

If you enter event or region data into the event/region manager, all that information will be 
published to the eBrevet app and to the event listing pages. Please do not
enter any private information into the event or region management pages. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information
===========================================

You can edit or erase any information you have entered. Your access
is protected by a password. Only people with your password and 
administrators of randonneuring.org can edit or change the personal 
information retained by the site. 

If you ever lose your password, contact the Webmaster of randonneuring.org
and ask for it to be reset.
